Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it ships. Email [CONTACT_EMAIL]with your order number; if the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll cancel and refund it in full.

2. Returns after delivery

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery (or any longer period required by the consumer law of your country of residence). To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original protective packaging — stone that isn’t packed properly rarely survives the trip back.

  • Email us with your order number before returning anything — we’ll confirm the return address, which may differ from our registered address.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
  • We recommend a tracked service; items lost on the way back cannot be refunded.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or transit damage.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll ship a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping — no need to return the damaged piece unless we ask.

5. Natural variation is not a defect

Each piece is cut from natural stone: veining, tone and surface character will differ from the photos. Variation of this kind isn’t grounds for a “damaged item” claim, but it is covered by the standard 14-day return right if the piece isn’t to your taste.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or any other consumer law that applies to you.
